Hip-hop star August Alsina reveals he’s battling liver disease

Hip-hop artist August Alsina revealed Tuesday that he’s battling an autoimmune disease that’s affecting his liver. The 24-year-old “Been Around the World” singer opened up in an interview with Jada Pinkett-Smith. “The reality is that I’m sick all the time,” he told the actress. “I don’t really like to talk about it because I’m not looking for anybody’s sympathy.
